Welcome to Nocona Middle School!

 

My name is Amy Murphey and I am the principal at Nocona Middle School. I am a graduate of Midwestern State University and have my Master’s degree from MSU as well. I have been a teacher (science), coach, assistant principal, and principal. As principal, I am committed to establishing a school-wide vision of high standards and success for all students. I believe a healthy school environment is characterized by safety, orderliness, and where learning is at the center of all daily activities. I strive to build leaders within our staff and students. Nocona Middle School is an outstanding campus that is innovative and continually strives for excellence. I am extremely proud of the accomplishments, campus culture, and how our staff is preparing our students for the future. It is a privilege to serve the great community of Nocona!
